HGR Series β Heavy-Duty Linear Guideway Rail

The HGR Series rail addresses this directly: the 55# high-carbon steel body goes through induction hardening to reach 58β62 HRC at the raceway surface, keeping geometric accuracy stable over long cutting cycles. Cross-section dimensions and bolt-hole pitch match the widely used Taiwanese HGR standard, so the rail drops into existing machine frames without re-drilling.

Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per size. For mixed-size orders the MOQ applies per SKU. In-stock sizes (HGR20, HGR25, HGR30) typically ship within 7β10 business days. Custom lengths or non-standard sizes: lead time available upon request.
Are these rails compatible with carriage blocks from other brands?
The HGR rail cross-section follows the standard Taiwanese HGR profile. Carriage blocks from brands using the same profile β including our HGH Series β mount directly. Compatibility with specific third-party carriages should be confirmed by checking the rail width and height dimensions against the carriage bore specification.
Can rails be supplied in lengths longer than 4000 mm?
Yes. Rails longer than 4000 mm are produced as joined sections with precision splice joints. Exact maximum length and splice pitch depend on the size series; details available upon request. Straightness tolerance across splice joints is held to the same grade as the individual rail.
